Blake Byram is a professional developer who lives and works in Austin, Texas.
His company developed and constructed a 20,000 square foot facility for BF
Goodrich Aerospace in record time, enabling Goodrich to keep its distribution
agreements intact.
He has performed
tenant finish out projects for various companies around Austin,
including the City of Austin,
Weingarten Realty and Trammell Crow Company.
All told, Blake Byram’s family business has developed more than
200,000 square feet of industrial space in Austin and the surrounding area.
Blake Byram is also a skilled pilot who has been a licensed pilot for
nearly a quarter of a century. He received his pilot’s license in 1992. The
year before that Blake Byram entered the United States Coast Guard, where he
served until 1994. He graduated at the top of his Basic Training class, for
which he received an Honor Graduate ribbon. Blake Byram
successfully completed the Coast Guard’s Aviation Survival Training and Close
Quarter Combat training course, earning him the rating Aviation Survival Technician. Candidates train over eighteen weeks
at the Coast Guard’s enlisted Aviation Survival Technician school at Coast
Guard Station Elizabeth City in North
Carolina.
In civilian life, Blake Byram is a scuba diver with certification from
the the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. He is a member of the
National Rifle Association. Blake Byram enjoys hunting, and is a lifetime
member of Safari Club International, the Dallas Safari Club, and the Houston
Safari Club.
Blake Byram is also a USA Football certified youth head coach. He is
the head coach of a team in the Pop Warner football association.
