Blake Byram is proud to be a part of a family-owned
development firm. Based in Austin, Byram’s
company is responsible for the professional development of over 200,000 square
feet of industrial property throughout the Austin area, and continues to earn its strong
reputation for honesty, integrity and quality development services.
Blake Byram has successfully overseen and managed the
development and construction of a 20,000 square foot facility for BF Goodrich
Aerospace. The project, which was completed in record time under an intense
deadline, allowed the BF Goodrich company to keep its distribution agreements
intact, and was a major credit to Blake Byram’s company and its professional
reputation. As a developer, Byram has also performed quality finish-out
projects for various Austin-area companies, some of which include the Trammell
Crow Company and Weingarten Realty. He has also performed projects for the City
of Austin, and
has earned the respect of local community leaders for his commitment to both
quality and performance.
Blake Byram
is also deeply involved in local charitable events and community improvement
efforts. As a licensed pilot, Blake Byram provided expert piloting instruction
to the Bridgepoint Elementary School, supporting efforts to increase and
sustain students’ interest in the field
of aviation during the schools annual Science Day. He also donated the use of
his helicopter to an episode of Extreme Makeover, one that featured the home
makeover of local firefighting hero Mizzy Zdroj.
Blake Byram has become an established and respected
member of the Austin community, and hopes to
continue providing expert development services and charitable support to Austin for many years to
come.
